Tracy Murdoch has been sharing yoga and other modalities such as energy healing, pranassage, and more for 15 years. After working with hundreds of students and thousands of hours teaching, Balance to Bliss was born.

She’s known for her authenticity, hugs, love of laughter, and the sweet sound of chanting you’ll often hear during Savasana. Yoga has carried her through life’s biggest ups and downs, and she’s passionate about creating a space where others can land, breathe, and reconnect. Join her for a class and you’ll feel the warmth, the music, and the deep love she has for this practice.

Vinyasa - All Levels

SATURDAY'S

9:30 - 10:30am

TUESDAY'S

5:30 - 6:30pm

Create inner heat as you move with your breath through poses that will improve your balance, strength and flexibility, as well as open and expand your emotional body and heart. Experience joy in the challenge! Open to all levels.

Vin + Yin

WEDNESDAYS

9:30 - 10:45am

Flow with the breath through strengthening and heating poses in vinyasa, as well as sink into meditative stillness in yin. Finding a balance between movement and stillness in our practice can help us find balance in the rest of our daily life.

Qigong Infused Yoga

MONDAY'S

4-5pm

Tracy is a certified Qigong Infused Yoga™ teacher. This practice is a fusion of Gentle Yoga and Qigong combined to offer the benefits of both ancient healing arts practices. Qigong Infused Yoga™ is a tranquil, beneficial and powerful mind-body practice that relieves physical, mental and emotional tension effectively.

Gentle/Chair Yoga

FRIDAYS

3-4pm

This gentle, chair-based yoga class offers a supportive way to move, breathe, and reconnect with your body. Perfect for all levels and abilities, this class is ideal if you’re seeking a slower, more nourishing practice or need extra support with mobility.

We’ll focus on gentle movement, breath awareness, and releasing tension while encouraging balance, circulation, and nervous system regulation — all from the comfort of your chair or with chair support.

Come as you are and move in a way that feels safe and supported.

Restorative Yoga

Held on the Monday 4pm class closest to the Full Moon each month.

Join me once a month under the Full Moon for a deeply nourishing restorative yoga practice designed to help you slow down, release, and reset. This gentle class invites you to soften your body, quiet your mind, and reconnect with your inner rhythms.

We’ll use supportive poses, calming breath, and mantra sound healing to soothe the nervous system and create space for reflection and renewal. Each Full Moon offers an opportunity to let go of what no longer serves and return to yourself with clarity and ease.

Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, restored, and realigned.

Passes are good for one (1) drop in yoga class. Passes can also be purchased with cash when you attend.
